The staff members were super helpful. Lisa and Tony at reception were always available to assist. Mark cleaned the pool each morning and offered a wave from the balcony. Daily cleaning provided fresh towels for convenience
The gym felt dark and uninviting. This made it a less appealing space for workouts. I hoped for a brighter atmosphere in the gym area.

the staff was VERY nice and friendly. a late flight meant we had all day from checkout, but there was a storage room for our bags. We were able to use towels from the pool for a shower.
the gym was TOO dark and uninviting, which, for me, was a shame. only real downside was the breakfast, my advice is to save your money and go elsewhere for breakfast. there was no proper bacon and no gluten free bread.

Lisa at reception helped with excursion bookings. She was very friendly. the poolside area was clean. the pool bar staff were nice and attentive. I found the drinks delicious. i appreciated the many sunbeds available by the pool.
The shower pressure was very poor. It needs improvement. i had difficulty getting a good shower. this was the only real issue .
