The room was very clean. The staff felt friendly and helpful. They even gave me an upgrade to a bigger room. The location is close to Gare de Lyon. This made travel easy.
The room I had was small. Walking past the bed was difficult due to the TV on the wall. Moving suitcases required lifting them across the bed.

The staff members were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very attentive. My room was spacious and clean. I received chocolates for the olympics upon arrival.
The carpets seemed a bit old and not the cleanest. I think this gave my room a musty smell. There WAS a box of complimentary chocolates on my bed. but it was half eaten. One morning, there was bacon, and the next morning there were just eggs. It seemed inconsistent.

the location was a short walk from gare de lyon. getting to the hotel from the airport was easy. plenty of food options were in the area.
the room we were in was insanely small. you couldn't walk past the bed standing up because of the tv. the bathroom was so small your knees hit the door.

The staff were helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any questions! i really appreciated the free coffee available all day. It was a nice perk. the hotel is also within walking distance from the bus stop and the train station. It made getting around super easy.
It barely fit one person plus luggage.
