The staff members were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very attentive. My room was spacious and clean. I received chocolates for the olympics upon arrival.
The carpets seemed a bit old and not the cleanest. I think this gave my room a musty smell. There WAS a box of complimentary chocolates on my bed. but it was half eaten. One morning, there was bacon, and the next morning there were just eggs. It seemed inconsistent.

helpful staff calm atmosphere train station
The hotel is close to a main train station. This was useful for travel. staff were very helpful when i needed assistance. breakfast offered a nice private space, i appreciated the calm atmosphere.

the location was a short walk from gare de lyon. getting to the hotel from the airport was easy. plenty of food options were in the area.
the room we were in was insanely small. you couldn't walk past the bed standing up because of the tv. the bathroom was so small your knees hit the door.

helpful staff free coffee convenient location
The staff were helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any questions! i really appreciated the free coffee available all day. It was a nice perk. the hotel is also within walking distance from the bus stop and the train station. It made getting around super easy.
The elevator was quite small. It barely fit one person plus luggage.
