the rooms received daily cleaning and fresh towels. the bar staff were quick with drink service. they even came to my table during the evening. the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout my stay. a small shop on-site provided convenience for necessities.
the beds were a little too firm, it could have been softer

The restaurant featured diverse options, catering even to picky eaters. There were many cuisines each night. breakfast consisted of a big buffet with many options. special thanks to the barmaid, mrs olga, who offered helpful tips.

the hotel features multiple pools, including a dedicated kids' pool! there is a sports bar at the hotel that is a good bonus. it is possible to warm up in the sauna for only 10€ per person.

the harbour is approximately a 20-minute walk away. a massive supermarket is right next door. the bus station is 20 minutes away. a beach is a bit further with warm water.

The buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a lot of tasty food options. The pool was also great for a refreshing swim. The hotel's location is perfect, next to the mall and not far from the sea.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, with a lot of choices at each meal. The hotel garden and pool area were particularly wonderful. The hotel was worth its price.
The room showed some wear and tear, although generally clean, it could benefit from some updates.

A big shopping mall sits very near the hotel. Also a nice beach is available nearby. The promenade is easily accessible and archeological sites like the Tombs of the Kings are a short walk.

my family enjoyed a fantastic stay here the food buffet included tasty options that catered to everyone the pools are big with fun waterslides for children staff members were friendly and the entire facility was very clean family room sizes are generous offering a separate bedroom and there is effective air conditioning too.
i did find the gym to be a little small.
