the staff was friendly upon arrival. the location was convenient to nearby attractions. janet was really helpful with directions. she.
there was no bedside light in the room I booked. the tv did not work . the wifi was slow so streaming was difficult. the room was small and not very inviting.

the room was comfortable and clean. the bathroom facilities were good. i thought the price was fair and the location was close to the seafront and town centre.
there was nowhere to park. a large car park is at the rear of the hotel, though it charged until 6pm. the parking is free on sundays, so thats a bonus if staying on a saturday night.

The location is really good, being so close to the seafront and local amenities. the staff were helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. my en suite room was clean and basic. It suited my needs well. i appreciated the hotel's central position near the beach.

The staff provided great hospitality and were very attentive to my needs. janet were great too ensure my stay was perfect. the lady running the guest house is an absolute gem!!!
