claudio really runs a well-organized, clean, and friendly guest house. it exceeded my expectations considering the price! the attention to detail provided a comfortable stay. breakfast included tasty cereal, and the vegetarian option was generous! a parking permit made street parking easy and convenient. the free wifi in the room worked perfectly.

The room was immaculate! i especially liked the fluffy, large, clean towels. the bed was very comfortable! breakfast included a full english, lovely, with tea, coffee, and fresh orange juice. i really appreciated the friendly service. It was wonderful!
i didn't like that i had to leave my room to use the bathroom, but i knew that before i arrived.

The room was clean but somewhat basic. the shared bathroom was a slight inconvenience (i knew about it, still felt it). the breakfast service felt a little rushed, not the relaxing start i hoped for. i also noticed some wear and tear in the hallway decor. A refresh might be in order.

The breakfast was amazing!!! i enjoyed a full english breakfast with fresh juice, and that was a perfect start to my days. claudio was so kind and helpful. He. i had free parking right on the road, super convenient.
i noticed a very slight bit of wear on the carpet, but honestly, everything else was so great it hardly mattered.
