Really good Boutique Stay

The front desk staff was very cute. Vanessa was always available to answer questions! The building has a beautiful traditional design. The air conditioning worked very well, much appreciated. The bed and pillows are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The noise from the nearby restaurant extended late into the night. I was forced to request them to quiet down past midnight, a situation I found unacceptable.

bad service no lift

The en-suite room was clean and it included a comfy bed and good shower. It was fine, I guess.

The receptionist lacked customer service skills. I booked 3 nights. I was told I would stay 2 nights in one room and move. The receptionist openly said I should have been in the same room all 3 nights, but another guest requested my room. No lift, I hauled my luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
