The front desk staff was very cute. Vanessa was always available to answer questions! The building has a beautiful traditional design. The air conditioning worked very well, much appreciated. The bed and pillows are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The noise from the nearby restaurant extended late into the night. I was forced to request them to quiet down past midnight, a situation I found unacceptable.

The en-suite room was clean and it included a comfy bed and good shower. It was fine, I guess.

The receptionist lacked customer service skills. I booked 3 nights. I was told I would stay 2 nights in one room and move. The receptionist openly said I should have been in the same room all 3 nights, but another guest requested my room.

The location was very central. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was easy to get in and out.

The hotel guided us to a car park that was on the other side of town. We dragged our bags through town to the hotel. Then they said we should have dropped off our bags before parking. That was no fun with heavy bags.
