the room was very clean. the staff were friendly indeed. i requested a gluten-free breakfast option and it was excellent (they really went the extra mile).
the bed seemed collapsed before i even entered the room. nobody was on site when i phoned about it. i think there was a maintenance issue.

The room was super clean, and the bedding felt wonderfully clean. Staff members were helpful and polite. On-site parking was free and convenient, a SIGNIFICANT perk. The location offered easy access to various dining options and shops, including a nearby Tesco Express.
I noticed that the breakfast hours were a bit limited, requiring an early start.

the staff were helpful! and polite. the local area offers many places for meals and drinks. i found a tesco express just a few minutes away too.
the bed was already collapsed before i went in room. towels wrapped in polythene smelt damp when opened!

The room was very clean, including shower edges, with no residue. Towels came in sealed bags. That ensured cleanliness and hygiene. The room's size was good. WiFi worked properly .
I found the milk supply in the room insufficient. One light bulb in the room was not working. This was a minor inconvenience.
