a mixed bag, i suppose
broken radiator external noise
my room, a standard twin room, was not what i'd call pristine. the radiator did not work. it was stuck on full blast. i opened the windows, which helped a bit, but then the noise from outside was REALLY annoying.

the front desk staff was helpful (very cute!). they provided an electric heater to ensure the room was warm. free parking was available directly in front of the building. the room and bathroom were clean and well-kept.
i noticed a minor issue with external noise, though it didn't significantly impact my stay.

the room was clean, which met my basic expectations.
The noise levels were quite disruptive. I could hear a lot of street activity throughout the night and this affected my sleep. also, the breakfast was basic, with limited choices, and not particularly appealing.

clean room great pressure helpful staff nearby restaurant
i stayed one night and found the room clean. the shower had great water pressure and consistent hot water. the staff member at reception was helpful (which i appreciated after a long drive). i ate breakfast at a nearby restaurant and it was both tasty and reasonably priced.
i noticed a slight musty odor in the hallway, though my room itself smelled fine.
