the location was CENTRAL, near attractions. staff provided helpful assistance. breakfast included ample CHOICES. I am grateful the bed was comfy and the room was very clean.
i did notice the stairs were very STEEP and could pose a problem for some guests.

The staff was super friendly. Nothing reminded me of too much trouble! rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfy. breakfast had plenty of choices for everyone. the location is super central, just a minute from st mark's square. It's also a quick walk to the rialto!
the stairs in the accommodation are very steep i had some minor mobility issues so its something to consider.

there is no bar on site, but you are very close to a multitude of different restaurants and bars that offer everything from simple snacks to elaborate cocktails. the hotel provides luggage storage after check-out to allow guests to explore further.

The double room was sufficient in size, and i was satisfied with its cleanliness! the equipment was new and functional. the view from the bathroom was amazing. I could see st mark's cathedral!

Breakfast included cornflakes, jam, ham, cheese, and eggs it was sufficient! i especially enjoyed the excellent coffee and sweet pastries. Such a great start to the day before seeing the sights. the breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. It affected my ability to relax fully . Soundproofing improvements could enhance the overall experience.

the location was great. it was so close to saint marco square and almost every museum by walking. the personnel was very polite too.
the room was quite small. i could hear people next door flushing the toilet and talking, even late at night. it was not soundproof at all. sockets were only on one side, very inconvenient.
