My room was quite spacious. The bathroom included a very powerful shower. The location provided simple access to the underground.

The location was lovely! lots of nice bars and coffee shops were close. proximity to the tube and trains was convenient. The staff was very friendly both at reception and in the dining area for breakfast. the 24-hour check-in and support were reassuring.
i found the pillow to be very thin and unsupportive, though it resulted in a stiff neck. the stained carpet and used pillow were also off-putting. the light switches did not work properly.

The standard double room had clean bedding and daily trash removal. Towels were regularly changed. there was a tv with streaming services. The daily cleaner was kind and respectful.

The receptionist provided support and the night securities were available. I could leave luggage for a full day. the staff were very friendly, especially the ladies in the dining area. They offered advice on storing electronics.

The hotel is near Paddington Station. Markets are accessible nearby. Staff stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, a helpful service. The street has a safe, quiet vibe. Breakfast had adequate choices.
The room lacked shampoo and shower gel. I had to request them at reception.

The location near Paddington station was very convenient. Access to the underground and trains was easy. The room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel offers a lift for easy access to all floors.

a reasonably good stay

the staff helped with early check-in (which was very convenient). the location is close to many tourist places. it made getting around the city much easier.
there was no coffee or tea provided in the room. i did see a lounge downstairs where you could make a drink, but that didn't help in the morning when i woke up.
