the apartment was clean and had all the advertised facilities.
the customer care was really poor. i had to chase the staff for payment arrangements of the deposit, it was a pain. the insistence on photo id for all guests seemed ridiculous and ruined my birthday surprise, so i was pretty annoyed.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had a nice view of the Shard. I especially liked the washer and dryer. The heated bathroom floor and towel rack were a nice touch, too.
The check-in process felt a bit excessive. I had to give passport information and a security deposit. The hallway felt a bit unsafe as a solo traveler. There was no extra lock on the door for added security.

the noise from other apartments was significant. i could hear stomping , running, and furniture moving. i messaged the owners about the noise , but no action was taken. this noise continued throughout the night.

The hotel was quite spacious. It had a great view of the skyline. I liked the location. The station was only a minute away. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay.

the apartment location worked really well. it was close to the tube station. the self check in was easy. it was a good price for the last minute deal.
the registration process are so intrusive. it includes photo id. it is not good look the stair carpets have frayed builders' plastic protective covering. i didn't find wifi.
