the reception staff provided useful information about the christmas markets without prompting. they have a luggage facility which i used on my last day. the room maintained cleanliness, and the bed offered a restful experience. its location is convenient for accessing the christmas markets by foot.
i found the air conditioning unit to be ineffective, even in february the room felt too warm. this necessitated keeping the window open, which impacted the quietness of the stay.

I loved the super good location, like fifteen minutes walk to the dom, smack in the center and altstadt sud, it was so easy. the room was clean, so comfortable. the bathroom, tiny but cute, totally enough, i think. the open wardrobe was a great idea in that small space. I could check in super early at 12.00.
the breakfast area could have more seating.

i enjoyed a great room, it had a huge comfy bed! blackout curtains kept bright moonlight out. the shower worked well and the room stayed dark in the morning. it's super quiet thanks to the room's very good soundproofing.

Reception staff members were helpful. They were friendly and spoke great english. the bartender was out of this world, i mean, amazing drinks! plus, i loved the cozy atmosphere in the evenings. staff members are very polite too.
