The hotel is close to many restaurants and public transport. This made getting around easy. The staff was helpful and kind! I found the room clean and tidy. All in all it was a smooth experience. The lobby and common facilities were superb. Everything was very neat.

The location is fantastic. I could easily walk to several cool spots. The staff was super friendly and quick, which I appreciated, and on-site parking at €20 per day really helped. It made travel so much smoother! The room I got was also very clean, even the bathrooms were super clean!
The noise from other guests was excessive one night, with loud talking in the hallways late into the evening. It was hard to sleep. I think some better soundproofing would help improve the experience for everyone.

My Quadruple Room was spacious enough for my family. The beds were comfortable. They provided clean sheets and towels. The room also included a small desk. It was helpful for planning our day trips.

I was happy about the on-site parking. the location was definitely convenient! the wi-fi worked well throughout the premises. It's always a plus.
The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. It could use some improvements.

My room included a clean towel, definitely appreciated. The toilets remained clean , a big plus. I also got a bed conveniently located near the plugs. THIS was very useful.
The doors in the hostel are heavy. They slam shut automatically, so I heard every door closing on the floor.

i found a comfortable bed with lockers. the location next to koln sud station was useful. traveling to the city center took only a short time. the walk to the center was about thirty minutes.
the breakfast room was overcrowded and not very clean. finding a place to sit was a challenge. the breakfast selection for the price wasn't excellent. the noise from other guests was excessive late at night.
