central location smooth check-in good shower perfect location
Location is amazing. I could walk to main attractions. Staff were nice and fast with check-in. The room had a good shower with hot water. A mirror and a seat are in the room. I found it perfect.
The decor seemed a bit old, and I did find only a few power outlets. They were hard to reach.

The hotel's central location was a definite plus. i could easily walk to many attractions. my room included a bath and a separate shower. Water temperature was consistent. the staff readily provided still water. I thought this was a thoughtful touch. the hotel had an elevator, and i found that helpful for reaching my upper-floor room.
The room felt quite bare. It lacked some basic amenities.

The reception staff were kind. They addressed my requests promptly! they quickly noticed my preference for still water over sparkling water. the service was really good and quick.

While there wasn't extensive dining on-site, the surrounding area offered many options. I found multiple restaurants and cafes nearby. this made it easy to grab a quick bite or enjoy a more substantial meal. the choice was vast, i must say.

a place with issues.
faulty shower head no replenishment
The shower situation was less than stellar. the shower head seemed like it might fall off at any moment. It was difficult to get the water temperature just right. also, there was no replenishment of the tea and coffee sachets after the first day. i mean, really? it's a small thing, but it does make a difference. i was advised by reception that this was the hotel policy.

clean room comfortable bed great location helpful staff
I found the room quite clean upon arrival. the bed provided solid comfort for restful sleep. i especially appreciated the hotel's proximity to local attractions. the staff was very accommodating. They quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the room's lighting.
i noticed the bathroom fixtures showed some wear. (it was very minor, though.)

The hotel is conveniently located near key transport hubs. i also noticed easy access to dining and historical sites. Many require only a short walk. i could easily reach many local spots.

The lobby area included ample seating. i saw that the breakfast area was well-kept each morning with a decent range of options. It also was quite clean. vending machines near the reception offered drinks and snacks (a plus for late-night cravings).

weird stain dirty carpet
The location was definitely prime. It was super close to everything.
The room i got wasn't the best. The walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there was this weird stain on the carpet. it definitely wasn't the pristine experience i was hoping for.

smooth check-in excellent location on-site restaurant nice view
the staff was friendly and very helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. the location was excellent, placing me within easy walking distance of major attractions. i found the on-site restaurant convenient.. the food was tasty and reasonably priced. the view from the terrace was quite nice, with a glimpse of the cathedral.
i noticed a slight delay in getting extra towels one evening.
