The staff were so cute and friendly. i really appreciated that the location was excellent. the mattress was fab, and they gave me two pillows which was a bonus. the cleanliness was great. Everything sparkled, which i adored!
the tv remote controller gave me a tiny bit of trouble, but honestly, it didn't affect my amazing time at all.

the hotel provides super convenient access to the bus station. it is also near the theatre. this allows guests to enjoy various performances and cultural events with minimal travel time, great.

The room included adequate lighting which helped create a bright, cheerful atmosphere. the modern facilities, such as an up-to-date television and easy-to-use climate control. i also appreciated the availability of free, high-speed wi-fi. It helped me stay connected.

check-in and check-out were super quick and easy. parking spaces are close to the premises. this avoids long walks with heavy bags. a pool table offered a recreational activity, allowing guests to relax and socialise after a day of sightseeing.

i found the check-in and check-out process very straightforward. the host was sure to check my arrival time before i arrived. the bedroom and bathrooms were super clean and everything was in order.
the tv remote controller did not work. batteries were inside it but could have been dead. i could not get to wifi as i did not know the password and there was no note with the password in the room. the staff was not present when i was checking out so i did not know what to do with the keys.

the shower barely worked and seemed quite old. the door slammed often, no matter the hour. i also noticed most of the amenities looked quite dated, the hairdryer included.

My room was very clean, tidy, and spacious. There was availability of parking spaces near the building, which I found quite convenient. The check-in and check-out processes were prompt. I really appreciated that. The apartment features adequate lighting and modern facilities.
The water pressure in the shower was only adequate. I prefer a bit more force.
