The superior double room had generous space and cleanliness. i really liked having two pillows for extra comfort. i found the desk very useful for keeping my belongings organized and tidy. the staff stored our luggage after checkout. This was a huge help!
the water pressure in the shower was adequate, it could have been hotter.

My room was spacious and very clean (I appreciated the extra space). The bed was comfortable, and I liked having two pillows. The staff stored my luggage for a few hours after checkout, which I found helpful. The desk in the room aided in organizing my belongings.
The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a bit disappointing.

the location was convenient, very close to the central train station, it was a short walk.
The air conditioning did not function in my room. the reception provided a fan, it barely cooled the room. the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay and i expect better for the price i paid. the hotel website was not very helpful. It lacked important information. i found no details about a gym, a pool, or outdoor areas.

The location was convenient to the main train station.
I called the hotel before my visit, and the staff seemed unfriendly. I encountered more rudeness when I needed help with parking. I was told that a blocking car would be moved soon, then they hung up on me. In the room, I noticed urine stains on the toilet. The staff implied it 'couldn't be possible' and didn't clean it until the next day, even after I had asked twice.
