The room upgrade upon arrival was a super surprise! The room was clean. Everything worked perfectly. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good, and I have eaten dinner here before and that was tasty with good service too.

I noticed a slight issue, one of the single beds was positioned directly against the room radiator. This created a hot spot on the bed and reduced the efficiency of the room's heating, a bit inconvenient.

the room was quite basic. i had booked a standard double room, but it felt cramped with a small bed. also, the layout wasn't great because there weren't any plugs near the bed. it was pretty disappointing!

i found the team very accommodating. reception and bar staff were engaging. i appreciated the ev chargers and plentiful parking. the food in the restaurant was delicious, with pizzas looking homemade and freshly baked.

the signage to the car park was not clear upon initial arrival.
