great size large kitchen
the room had a great size. the hotel had a large kitchen downstairs with a washing machine and cooker.
the closest parking had a high cost!

very nice stay with amazing views
comfy bed bay window
i appreciated the comfy bed. i slept soundly each night. the view from the bay window was amazing! the shower had great water pressure.
the room felt a bit warm. i could have used better light insulation. it would definitely help with sleep quality.

great location equipped kitchen comfortable bed damp room mouldy bathroom noisy entrance
the location was great. the train station was close , and it was a short walk to the harbor. the kitchen was fully equipped , which i appreciated. the bed was very comfortable , and i slept well.
the room was quite damp. the bathroom had mold , and that wasn't ideal. my room door was right next to the main entrance , and i could hear everyone coming and going.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
damaged rail small bathroom
The location provided good access into town.
The walk back from town involved a lot of steps. This proved quite difficult. I found the bathroom to be small. The shower door rail also had damage.

mixed feelings about the stay
thin walls poor cleanliness
The room i booked, a 'double room private bathroom', was far from ideal. the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear every little noise from the neighboring rooms. this lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax (especially in the evenings). also, the cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were noticeable dust patches and the bathroom needed a more thorough scrub.

Perfect Location and Great Amenities
shared kitchen lovely views
The shared kitchen had everything needed. I appreciate the spacious room and lovely views. The accommodations had plenty of storage and hooks (this was quite useful). They also provided enough supplies for two people.
The hotel is not suitable for older travellers. The walk from the station involved steep, uphill switchbacks. Access to the building from the street was difficult and the door entrance was unsafe (it was quite steep).
