the room was spacious and had excellent facilities it was in a lovely house. there IS a great pub next door. the staff there were friendly and cute and the food was awesome. the area IS good for walking too
unfortunately i had a room with a window opening onto the outside seating area the noise level was high. i APPRECIATE this is a pub so this happens. i THINK i was unlucky with the group partying

the breakfast was fine.
My room faced the outside seating area and the noise was excessive. i know it is a pub (but still). a group partied loudly and it really disrupted my sleep. I found that quite annoying. i wish i had asked for a quieter room.

the staff were very cute and informative. our room was in the adjacent house and we had access to kitchen facilities. breakfast was superb and very delicious. sunday lunch at the pub was one of the best i ever had, the staff even reserved a table for us after checkout.
our room had a window opened on the outside seating area, it became quite noisy. a group was partying, so i think i was just unlucky with it.

The large double room offered a view of the church and the surrounding area. The communal kitchen provided a guest fridge, extra kettles, teapots, and a toaster. Laundry facilities are available for guest use.
The room was located above the pub, so some noise was audible.

The room featured a large, comfortable bed with white bed linen and tea and coffee facilities. Cornish water and natural toiletries were provided. Fluffy towels, bathrobes, and slippers were also included.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. Chris provided a warm welcome. Bill gave great service, and Cheryl prepared great breakfasts with a great choice of food.

The breakfast choice was excellent, the full English was enormous. The evening meals were excellent. The Sunday roast dinner and vegetarian version were amazing.

The location offered proximity to both the coastal path and the church. The building features a warm, cute hallway. There is space for muddy boots and coats, perfect after a walk.
