steep stairsinadequate bed
The stairs were very narrow and steep!!! this made navigating with luggage quite difficult and potentially dangerous. the bed was also not up to par. It was the worst i have slept in, offering very little support. these issues significantly detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

my room felt quite small. it was also a bit of a climb to reach it. the stairs were very narrow and steep, something to be aware of.

The proprietors were very helpful with our late arrival. They also recommended a very nice dinner spot. The location is excellent for catching the ferry to the Isles of Scilly. Parking for motorcycles was available right at the front.
My room was a bit smaller than expected.

I enjoyed the location close to the ferry terminal and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and clean. I also appreciated the helpful and accommodating people here and their friendly service so close to the Scilly Isles.
Parking was a little difficult but I found a spot eventually.
