The location was quite convenient. Victoria coach station was only a six-minute walk away. the apollo theatre was also easily accessible, about a ten-minute walk. i found the self-check-in process straightforward and efficient, especially with the hotel's clear instructions and proactive communication (i felt well-informed before arrival). the room maintained a high level of cleanliness.
The bathroom was a bit small. It might be a tight fit for some guests.

the location was great it was easy to walk to many attractions. the self check in process was smooth and the directions were clear to follow i found this convenient.
the room was small there was not much space to move around comfortably. the walls seemed thin i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms it was distracting.

i found the walls were a bit thin. i could hear people in the hallway.

The room featured very clean and tidy conditions! everything seemed new. the location was conveniently near victoria coach station. i followed the directions for self check-in easily. Contact with the hotel was smooth.
The walls were a bit thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
