Check-in was very easy and fast. Staff kept the room tidy on a daily basis throughout my stay. If i find myself in that area again, this will be my first choice.
The room was cramped. Once i placed two medium suitcases in the available space, there was barely any room to move around, you can only manage by staying on the bed.

The location was great. It was great for getting to Victoria Palace Theatre. The room was clean. The price for the family room was amazing.. We will definitely return.
The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

great locationlimited space
the location worked out fine (i needed to be near victoria station).
The room felt cramped. i struggled to open my suitcase fully because of the limited space. the bathroom was also tiny. I kept bumping into things.
