the location proved convenient, with victoria station a short walk away. our room had fresh beddings and a mini-fridge that kept our groceries nicely chilled, almost frozen! many places offered dining options near the hotel plus a nearby tesco express provided easy access to necessities.
The tv aerial did not work. That was a minor inconvenience.

I found the location very convenient. the hotel is near victoria station, made getting around easy! i also liked the self check-in and check-out process. It was smooth and efficient.
the staircase was a bit narrow, though this was mentioned in previous reviews, so i was prepared.
