the location is great, it is literally two minutes from turnham green tube station. there are many shops and eateries on chiswick high street, they are suitable for all budgets.
the bedroom window could not be closed and staff did nothing to fix it. i had to listen to trains going past every 2 minutes for my entire stay. there was dust and dirt on all surfaces and the carpet on the stairs was not vacuumed.

the hotel is located very close to turnham green station this made it easy to get around. i found the bedding and towels to be very clean. the shower had good pressure and hot water when needed.
i noticed a slight noise from the trains, it was audible but did not disrupt my sleep.
