The hotel is near many attractions. It made sightseeing simple. Staff at the reception spoke english well. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage. It was a great start to the day. The hotel provided luggage storage after checkout.
The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. the hotel's central location was excellent. Every attraction was within easy walking distance. my room was always clean to a good standard. i especially liked having a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.
The walls seemed thin. this did make sleeping a bit difficult at times.

the hotel is very well situated for exploring local attractions. it's close to the duomo, uffizi gallery, piazza de la signora, and the ponte vecchio. this made sightseeing very convenient, and i could walk almost everywhere!!!

my room included useful amenities. the air conditioner worked very well and i stayed during a particularly hot period. there was also a mini fridge, which i found handy for storing drinks and snacks.

great locationawful noise
the location was great. all attractions were within walking distance.
the noise at night was awful. drunk people screamed in the streets until 5 am. i had to buy earplugs, but i still barely slept.

The staff was so friendly. they gave me a map with all important landmarks indicated. the hotel location is very central. It allowed easy access to attractions. breakfast included eggs, which i really appreciated.
The room felt a little old. i noticed some cheap furniture. the soundproofing was not great, i could hear noises from outside! it really affected my sleep. the coffee from the machine wasn't good. It tasted watered down.

The hotel location is excellent and very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I especially appreciated Nino at reception, he was professional. I would definitely stay here again.
The pillows were quite flat. I needed to fold mine to get comfortable. This affected the quality of my sleep.
