excellent location rooftop garden nighttime noise water damage
The location is excellent. I was very close to the historic district to get the maximum enriched experiences. The rooftop garden is an added bonus as it has the closest view of the Duomo, even though you must purchase a drink to enjoy it. Piazza Republica is nearby and a lot of fun.
The hotel is centrally located. I could barely sleep because of the noise from nighttime activities. Pedestrians talked and shouted. Trucks cleaned up the trash during the night. the bathroom door had significant water damage.

amazing city center stay
really good location rooftop bar kind staff cleanliness
The location was really good. I loved being so close to everything, like the uffizi and the duomo. the rooftop bar added a magical touch. The views made my evenings lovely. the staff was very kind and helpful. the cleanliness of the room was also great!
the walls seemed a bit thin, so i did hear some hallway noise. but it was manageable.

rooftop view convenient breakfast helpful staff great location
the location was very nice! the rooftop bar provided fine views. breakfast downstairs was convenient. the staff was helpful with our request for a kettle. it was a GREAT experience!
the walls felt a LITTLE thin, so hallway noise was noticeable at times.

Location was a major win as it stood very near to all major sites. The rooftop bar provided a nice view of the Duomo. Staff let me store my luggage post checkout and explore. Rooms benefit from daily cleaning.
Street noise made it hard to sleep, even with windows closed.
