The staff proved very helpful. the italian restaurant located next door provided excellent value. i found ample parking available throughout my stay. This was a big plus. the room was tidy upon arrival.
the breakfast sausages seemed slightly undercooked. they lacked adequate warmth, a bit disappointing. i think they could improve this detail.

my room was super clean it was cool when i walked in i could turn up the radiator. an excellent drinks tray was available with lots of variety and friendly staff were there to help. the breakfast was delicious with great portion sizes when i ordered room service it was perfect.
the pillows were quite hard which caused a bit of neck discomfort the bed however was mostly comfortable. the shower had a slight leak i noticed near the door it wasn't a major issue.

The room was a decent size. the bed had great comfort. the room provided adequate facilities. the room was also very clean. It was like a brand new hotel room.
the nearby traffic was quite loud in the morning.

some noise issues
thin wallsinedible bacon
The walls felt paper thin. I could hear everything. i was placed between two very loud rooms. the noise from other guests made it hard to rest. the walls need better soundproofing, or the staff should consider room placement, its frustrating. also, the breakfast was not great, the sausage was burnt. bacon was not edible.
