the staff was amazing! they helped me figure out the public transport system and even wrote down directions in japanese for me. my room had a great washing machine and a balcony, made doing laundry so easy. i could hang my clothes out to dry with no problems. the location rocks with the train stations a short walk away!
The walls felt a little thin. I could hear some noise from other guests sometimes.
