the staff were always smiling and helpful. they provided all the necessities. i appreciated that i could even borrow an international plug for free (just don't lose it!).

The location was excellent. It was very close to dotonbori though in a quiet area. the room had everything i needed for my trip! it included a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with a shower and a toilet. the front desk staff were very kind and cute.
the room is so tiny that i couldn't open my bags, or even walk around when they were closed in the room

the location was really convenient, with dotonbori within walking distance. i appreciated the complimentary coffee available at reception and the comfy bed after long days. i also liked the functional bathroom complete with a bathtub.
the room felt quite small, and i struggled to find a place to open my luggage comfortably, but i managed. also, the frosted window barely opened, a bit of a letdown, though it didn't bother me too much!

mixed experience due to noise and room size

the room felt quite cramped. we had a tough time opening our luggage. there was also some noise at night because of nearby establishments. it was hard to ignore. i also noticed a torn wallpaper that wasn't so nice.
