The location is near the train station. Many food options are close by. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
The room was small for two people. We only had one piece of luggage yet had to put a table on top of a seat to make room for our one bag.

Sweet dreams in the heart of the city
direct connectionferris wheel viewkind staff
the hotel's entrance connected directly to a large shopping center and the subway, this made exploring the area so easy. the room faced the hep five ferris wheel, a magical sight from the window, especially at night. the staff provided umbrellas during a sudden downpour, a kindness that warmed my heart

the hotel was in the middle of everything. shops, eating, and trains were very close. it was a short ride to universal studios.
the room was ridiculously tiny. i could not leave a small bag open inside the room without blocking the entrance. the bed was small even though it's advertised as queen size.

The location has convenience stores nearby. There are also many restaurants in the area. The breakfast buffet was substantial. It featured authentic cuisine, which I liked.
The room felt cramped. There was little space for luggage. Other rooms had lotion, but ours did not! I asked housekeeping for some lotion, but it never arrived. That is why I am rating my experience lower.
