The hotel is close to shin-osaka station. It's seriously a short walk!!! i really appreciate the convenience store and coffee shop located so close. the staff helped me send a package, and i'm thankful for that.
Breakfast was a little chaotic. It was a bit hard to find a spot during peak hours.

Breakfast offered european and japanese options. This worked well!!! free hot beverages were available all day in a dedicated area. That was so useful. the food was AMAZING!!!

The staff spoke english well and were super helpful. I was very grateful. the staff are very cute and assisted me in pretty much everything. This.!! they helped forward my luggage via tak-q-bin, a great service.

The hotel is near the train station. This made day trips simple. there were plenty of places to eat nearby. It was very convenient. remembering the route from the station is important. This really helps.

The hotel has laundromat facilities. It costs around 500yen per load, very practical. i really enjoyed the availability of free hot beverages throughout the day. the hotel is very clean. That really impressed me.
