convenient dotonbori stay

The location was amazing, right in the heart of dotonbori!!! i could easily walk to all the restaurants and shops. the bathrooms were consistently clean and well-stocked, i never had to wait. the air conditioning in my capsule worked very effectively. This kept the space very comfortable.
the capsule felt a little too small and lacked some privacy.

My capsule included adjustable lighting, a power outlet, and a small shelf. This made it easy to charge my phone and keep my belongings organized. the shared locker was spacious and secure, i felt safe storing my valuables there. linens were freshly laundered.

the staff provided bath bags with towels and toiletries, this was a convenient touch. laundry services were available at a reasonable price, this was useful for longer stays. i found the staff to be friendly, they helped me with directions.

The mattresses need an urgent upgrade. I think they remember the shapes of previous guests. Spaces are small, especially with a fully booked floor. Guests can be quite rude and selfish. They use the capsule floor and locker rooms for things like hanging out and packaging luggage despite designated spaces. The sheer volume of staff circulating constantly became quite uncomfortable. I was like i was always running into them half-naked after a shower.

the location was very convenient to dotonbori. the staff helped store my luggage before check-in. i received a bag with fresh towels upon arrival. the capsule fan kept me cool at night.
it was not a big deal though.

This was my first time in a capsule hotel, and i liked it! the location is fantastic, right by dontobori. i found a 7-eleven just around the corner for late-night snacks. luggage storage before and after check-in was a lifesaver. It helped a lot.
the capsule wasn't totally soundproof. i did hear some noise from other guests during the night. i'd suggest bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

The location is excellent. It is right in the heart of the area, near attractions (I especially loved the Dotonbori River). I found the staff to have great English skills and were happy to communicate in Japanese too. There was enough space for luggage and bags.
I found myself going back and forth a lot.
