fantastic stay!

the dog-friendly van was large and very clean. the onsite venue and the swimming pool were handy for the kids. the location near porth beach allowed lovely coastal walks. children enjoyed plenty of safe spaces to play nearby.

the duvet cover had some marks. it looked like dried blood.

the staff was very helpful and quick to respond to requests. check-in was efficient, and they provided all necessary information clearly. any questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.

Convenient Base for Exploring

The caravan was great and very clean. It had many plates and glasses. The large ensuite double bedroom was a definite plus. It was a nice break from things.

The seating area in the caravan was a bit uncomfortable though it wasn't a huge issue

The location provided easy access to the surrounding area for those with a car. Porth beach and Whipsiderry mermaid pools are very close. The resort maintained a clean environment throughout our stay.

On-site facilities included a swimming pool, a hit with the kids. There were coastal walks easily accessible from the resort. The venue onsite offered additional entertainment options.

Our caravan provided plenty of space and storage. The bedding was clean and good quality. The heating system worked well inside the unit. Toilet rolls, hand towel, and washing up resources were provided.

Decent stay!

the accommodation was very clean. it had its own personal wifi and a tv with netflix, i was happy! the view of the fields right outside our balcony was good. it was only a short drive from the main town.

i noticed quite a few dead flies inside the van and around the decking, it was a bit annoying. we bought some fly spray, then i got on with it.

The caravan was very clean. The kitchen included everything needed. It was great that they granted our wish to switch the heating on early. The rooms were warm upon arrival. The location provides a lovely view from the balcony.

The resort lacks transportation. No one assisted with luggage despite informing guest services about disabilities.

There are no food in the club house two days out of four. The first excuse was that they were unable to cater for 'Gluten Free', also, no pizza was available. The second excuse was that they did not have a Chef so they closed the kitchen.

Service Quirks and a Clean Stay

The 4 Berth Comfort Caravan Pet was actually very clean, which I found surprising.

The clubhouse food was not good. They apparently couldn't cater for gluten-free folks so they just didn't bother serving pizza or pasta. And the dog shower? Didn't work. There wasn't even a sign to warn us. Disappointing, very disappointing.
