friendly staff filling breakfast perfect location insufficient car park unpleasant odour disorganised check-in

The staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was very filling. I was even offered more toast and juice. the location was perfect for getting to the tower, promenade, and pubs.

The car park wasn't sufficient. i had to park in front of other people's cars. there was an unpleasant odour on the stairs. It was noticeable. the check-in process was a little disorganised.

the staff were very helpful and polite. conversations felt familiar, as if i had known them for years. tina was a proper gem and a credit to the company.

the breakfast wasn't great. i didn't like the catering sausages. also, the bed was a bit tiny for two tall adults.

Really good Stay

clean environment comfortable bed dedicated staff

The hotel provided a very clean environment , I noticed the good bar area. The bed was comfortable. Complimentary toiletries were included in the room. I found these to be a nice touch. Andy, the bar manager, catered to our needs . He. His dedication to his work was evident, and he is a credit to the hotel.

The hotel bar area offered a good selection of beverages and snacks. The pool table offered an extra opportunity for family time. Public areas were regularly cleaned and well maintained. I saw that daily.

The staff members were helpful and always willing to assist with any requests. I found them genuinely invested in. Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff provided useful information about local attractions. The bar staff were always quick and happy to provide a drink.

The hotel is situated within a short walk to local amenities. The Winter Gardens are approximately 10 minutes away on foot. The quieter location of the hotel ensures peaceful nights.

Excellent Value and Service

helpful staff full english super clean linen great parking

Every staff member I met was eager to assist and seemed happy in their role. Breakfast provided plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the full English. The room featured super clean white linen and comfortable beds. Parking was available for £10 a day, much better than the £18 charged at the car park across the road.

The shower step was quite high, making entry and exit slightly awkward.
