The staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was very filling. I was even offered more toast and juice. the location was perfect for getting to the tower, promenade, and pubs.

The car park wasn't sufficient. i had to park in front of other people's cars. there was an unpleasant odour on the stairs. It was noticeable. the check-in process was a little disorganised.

The hotel provided a very clean environment , I noticed the good bar area. The bed was comfortable. Complimentary toiletries were included in the room. I found these to be a nice touch. Andy, the bar manager, catered to our needs . He. His dedication to his work was evident, and he is a credit to the hotel.

The hotel bar area offered a good selection of beverages and snacks. The pool table offered an extra opportunity for family time. Public areas were regularly cleaned and well maintained. I saw that daily.

The staff members were helpful and always willing to assist with any requests. I found them genuinely invested in. Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff provided useful information about local attractions. The bar staff were always quick and happy to provide a drink.

Every staff member I met was eager to assist and seemed happy in their role. Breakfast provided plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the full English. The room featured super clean white linen and comfortable beds. Parking was available for £10 a day, much better than the £18 charged at the car park across the road.

The shower step was quite high, making entry and exit slightly awkward.
