fantastic stay!
perfect location helpful staff cute bar clean seating
The location was perfect. I could easily walk to nearby spots. the staff were helpful and polite. the bar area was very cute, i loved the quick check-in process and the blue light discount, it was very smooth. the outside seating area was very clean and cute too.
the shelf near the sink in my room seemed a bit high, and i had to be careful not to bump my head (but it was a minor thing!).

the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable with very nice white bedding. the bathroom was clean and had nice, clean, fluffy towels. i found the rooms very neat.

check-in was very efficient. I found my room super clean. The breakfast offered a great variety and suited everyone's taste. The bar staff displayed politeness, and the waiting staff were very professional.

All staff show amazing helpfulness. Bobby stood out. He managed check-ins, served at the bar, and cooked breakfast. Housekeeping kept the rooms comfortable and clean, great.

the stairs were a bit steep, which could be a challenge for some guests.

the room was spacious and clean , i liked that the bar was very accommodating for our stay. some locals were nice to meet. i will definitely be returning again , thanks for a great stay.
the shower cubicle had mould , this was not great. i could not control the temperature of the water. the shower head kept dropping down , so it was difficult to wash.

Comfortable Stay With Excellent Service

George, the receptionist, was very cute and helpful upon my arrival. The room was tidy and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast included a tasty and ample selection of options. The waiting staff were friendly and efficient (I really appreciated their attentiveness). I found no lift, but George offered help with luggage immediately. The location is just a five minute walk to the sea front. I enjoyed breakfast with cereals, porridge, fruit juices and a cooked breakfast. I found the staff very professional, helpful and the outside seating area was a bonus. The bar offered a pleasant atmosphere. I had a minor issue with the tv, but it was replaced immediately. The breakfast was lovely with choices like freshly cooked breakfast with cereals and fruit juices. Early check-in was available which was convenient. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed.
The room needs a little bit of tlc.

The breakfast included various cereals, fruit juices, porridge and a cooked breakfast. You could also order a bacon or sausage roll, or scrambled egg on toast (the options seemed endless!). Everything was hot and well-prepared.
