Wonderful Hotel Experience!

friendly staffgood breakfastample parking
The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly. I found the leisure facilities very useful. The locker key and the fresh towel added to the convenience. The breakfast selection was good, offering a range from a full English to continental options. There were also plenty of parking spaces available.
I did find the internet connection to be somewhat unreliable .
Service
9/10
The staff members were friendly and always willing to assist. I really appreciated their dedication. I noticed the team worked hard to maintain a high standard of service throughout the hotel.
Rooms
8/10
The room included useful amenities, such as bottled water and yummy chocolate biscuits. Fluffy towels and a large bath with plenty of hot water were great. I found them very convenient after a long day. The room also had an excellent view.

The staff were friendly. They couldn't do enough if you needed something or had a question.
The room was bright, but the cleaning wasn't great. The hotel rooms could do with a little updating, i found some dust in the corners. the breakfast wasn't top class. It was just ok, nothing special. i probably won't stay again because of the cleaning issues.
