the location was excellent , right near times square. the room had a murphy bed , a cool novelty.
the air conditioning was broken in the room , it would randomly turn on. i asked for extra toilet roll and was told to wait for the cleaner. when i asked for water , the receptionists reacted poorly , it was uncomfortable.

the location was great for using the subway. it offered ease when i wanted to go uptown or downtown. the room was efficient and had everything i needed for my short stay.
The room i got was super small, especially for the money i paid. It resulted in overcrowding and delays.

the hotel's location suited my plans well.
my request for additional pillows was ignored and attempts to contact the front desk by phone were unsuccessful. the lobby also had visible trash and lacked sufficient waste receptacles. this was not satisfactory.

the location is excellent for accessing many subway lines. the hotel looked modern. my room was very clean. the staff were helpful with directions.
the room size was smaller than i anticipated from the photos but i managed.
