the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. the door staff provided helpful assistance when needed and i did appreciate that. maid service maintained a very high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

The location was great, just a short walk to many attractions. The subway was close too. the room included a microwave and refrigerator, useful for snacks and drinks. i found the bed comfortable and the room quiet. I slept well. the hotel offered coffee, tea, and water refills.
i occasionally waited a few minutes, though it wasn't a major issue

The room was recently renovated and on the fourteenth floor. It included a very nice, clean bathroom. i appreciated that everyone was friendly, especially janet at the front desk who helped book an extra night.

the coffee clutch offered great coffee in the morning and the woman running it was efficient. valet parking was available, although i chose to park in a nearby garage around the corner instead. this was convenient though getting in was challenging.
