friendly staff city view nice experience
The staff was so kind. They allowed me to bring in food from outside to the bar! My room overlooked the enchanting cityscape, a beautiful sight each morning. I found the hotel to be my go-to place for future visits. I had a nice experience.
I did find the room lacked a refrigerator. This was somewhat inconvenient. I would have liked to keep drinks cold in the room. Having a refrigerator is very practical!

The room had comfortable beds. large windows. The bathroom included premium toiletries and plush towels. The climate control system maintained a constant temperature, and the blackout curtains ensured restful sleep .

The front desk offered quick assistance with requests. Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean and refreshed all supplies. The concierge provided helpful directions and guidance. And the staff always greeted me with a smile.

small room obscured view
The room, a 'king room city view' was quite small. i mean really small. there wasn't much space for luggage. I practically lived out of my suitcase. also. the promised city view? it was mostly a view of the building next door, disappointing!!

i appreciated the location. it was convenient to many places. the staff were helpful . i also liked the modern decor in the lounge area (it felt inviting).
the free breakfast was limited. it lacked variety. i had to pay extra for tea. the room did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. i found this inconvenient to store food and drinks.

The lobby offers complimentary soft drinks each morning. The rooftop bar provided a lovely view. I received a larger room due to Jack's assistance and I appreciate it. The location has several restaurants within walking distance providing many options.
The shower lacked a partition so the bathroom floor got wet during each shower.

friendly staff manhattan view king room no refrigerator no coffee maker small room
the staff allowed us to bring food in at the bar. the room overlooked manhattan. it included a king room city view.
There was no refrigerator in the room. I found that quite inconvenient. there was also no coffee maker. I would have appreciated that. the room was very small.

efficient check-in comfortable bed
the check-in process was efficient. melissa at the service desk provided helpful information about using my daily credit and hotel amenities. the room had a comfortable bed, nice pillows and smelled good. i enjoyed the arcade game in the lobby, it was a fun diversion.
the room temperature was a bit warmer in the morning than i had set it for.
