the location was a major highlight. it was close to breakfast spots and restaurants. the rooftop had nice views both during the day and at night, a true escape.
The lack of ac control in the room was noticeable. it became quite warm at night. the shared bathroom, while functional, sometimes lacked cleanliness. It seemed a bit dark.

a charming stay!

I stayed for a few nights and found the bed quite adequate, complete with six fluffy pillows. the air conditioning was definitely a plus. and the shower pressure was strong. i also appreciated the in-room safe for some keepsakes. It added an extra layer of security. the free wifi worked very well too.
the bathroom basins felt a bit small, but it was a minor inconvenience.

i arrived early. and the staff was wonderfully accommodating with an early check-in. housekeepers were very friendly. the staff were also very polite. a 24/7 lobby offered support at any time.

the hotel's proximity to several subway stations made navigating easy. you can easily reach downtown. the upper east side. times square, and even jfk airport from this spot. this central position is a significant advantage.

i felt really safe because of good security. The rooftop terrace was wonderful. I was pleased that my room was very clean. The staff were very polite and always helpful.
the room was somewhat small, but this was something i knew when i booked.

There are many restaurants and diners near the hotel. I found a food store close by, so i could get snacks. A pizzeria is also just two minutes away from the hotel.

My room had good lighting, including dimmable overhead lights. I was happy to have a table in my room. Room service came every day and tidied up the room. The bed felt very comfy.

The hotel is central, very practical for exploring the area. The subway station is very close. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, including fifth avenue and moma. I enjoyed the close proximity to many cafes.
