Compact Space, Great Experience
great location wonderful staff convenient storage
My stay worked well for my needs. The location in Williamsburg has easy access to transport into Manhattan. The staff were wonderful about my early arrival after a long flight. They stored my luggage and offered access to facilities while I waited.
Extra facility fees were added upon checkout without prior notice. These fees covered amenities described as free like coffee and water.

i found the location convenient. the staff was helpful. the room was clean, and i liked the functional layout. the rooftop had views.
The shower situation was just ok. Water got everywhere.

Efficient Stay with Great Amenities

I found the rooftop deck and multiple garden sitting areas quite relaxing. The location is excellent. The subway is an easy walk. The room was very clean upon arrival and the bed linens felt decent. The staff were friendly and helpful, resolving any inquiries quickly.
The onsite bar and restaurant was closed, disappointing, as it impacted advertised amenities.

The room was functional with good shower pressure. The hotel offers discounts around the neighborhood. I found plenty of workspaces available. There were many outdoor space options.
The room was quite small, even for a single person, this is something to consider.
