the room feature a clean space. i find the bed a great comfort and a very clean bathroom. i was happy with the hotel choice. it had all basic amenities i needed.

the hotel is next to the metro station. many supermarkets and restaurants are close. the staff were friendly and the check-in process was fast.
i booked a king room with a balcony but there was no balcony. i showed my reservation details but they said they had no balcony rooms available. i expected a king size duvet for a king size bed but there were two single ones.

prater park metro station quiet room
The location is near the Prater park and a metro station. I found a grocery store and some restaurants very close to the hotel. The bed was nice, i slept well (the room was quiet).
The pillows could be better.

The hotel's location was very convenient near Prater amusement park and a metro stop. I found the staff friendly and very helpful . The hotel bar was great, the staff were attentive. it was a very good experience.
The room lacked tea and coffee making facilities which was a slight disappointment.

missing fridge mediocre pillows
The location was really good. The metro station was only a couple of minutes away, I suppose.
The room felt small, but I could live with it. What bothered me was the lack of a mini-fridge. I really needed to keep my water cold, and it was annoying. I didn't like the mediocre pillows either. They were flat and provided little support.

the location next to the metro station was acceptable.
i found the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room unacceptable. this omission felt stingy, especially considering the room rate. the absence of even a complimentary bottle of water was also disappointing.
