the breakfast was really good, there was a wide variety of options available. the location is close to the prater park, it was a short walk.
the room was quite small, not much space to move around. the tv did not get a signal, so i couldn't watch it at all.

The front desk staff was friendly. the provided taxi service to the airport was helpful. i liked having umbrellas available near the front door. A nice touch. the breakfast buffet presented many good options.
the shower gel wasn't refilled for three days despite my request.

the rooms were super clean, that was acceptable.
I was quite disappointed with the lack of amenities in the room. there was no coffee machine, so i couldn't even make a simple cup of coffee in the morning. the television was also a letdown as it wouldn't connect to the internet. I wanted to watch netflix in the evening, but i couldn't.

i found the location excellent. it is near public transport, made travel easy. breakfast offered many choices. i especially liked the modern design and the bathroom, as it felt fresh and clean.
there was no coffee machine available in the room, which i would have liked

The hotel's location is great because of its proximity to public transportation. a tram passed right in front. It was very convenient. room cleaning happened almost every day. i appreciated the housekeeping team.
the tv did not get a signal during our entire stay. we could not watch tv, a bit disappointing. the pillows were flat and not very comfortable. it impacted our sleep.

The hotel is near Prater amusement park. I appreciated being within walking distance of the Praterstern station, linking me easily to various parts of the city. The room was also very clean . The breakfast offered a tasty variety of options. I liked the easy access to the metro station. Several nice restaurants were nearby too. The room felt spacious. It included helpful amenities such as towels , shampoo, soap, cotton buds, and a hairdryer. I found the closeness to a subway station beneficial, allowing quick trips to the city center.
I noticed the absence of a mini bar and coffee machine in the room. The area felt a little quiet in the evening , which was slightly uncomfortable. There were some odd noises during the night , possibly related to plumbing.
