I stayed for a few nights right after christmas. It was great. i was able to visit the christmas markets and the beautiful city. my room was on the seventh floor and was very clean. breakfast offered a wide selection and was well-managed, i really enjoyed it.

The hotel is near the entrance to prater park. This is great for amusement park enthusiasts. the metro station is close, providing easy access to many places. many restaurants are also in the surrounding area.

The staff was really friendly. They were ready to help with anything. they explained that room cleaning would be done upon request . they were prompt whenever i asked for new towels, which i appreciated!

The hotel is close to the metro station. This made getting around very easy. The rooms are spacious. They are also very clean. Breakfast had many options and I got upgraded to a king room for free.
The air conditioner made a disturbing noise. I had to keep it running though because it was cold.

the room was smaller than i expected it felt quite cramped moreover the air conditioning unit made a loud noise i found it difficult to sleep through it this was a real issue since the room got quite warm even with the system on low additionally the breakfast area was too crowded people bumped into each other it made getting food unpleasant

i really liked that the room looked exactly like in the pictures i saw online. the hotel is right next to the entrance of prater park.. it's great if you want to enjoy the amusement park. the staff were always friendly and ready to help me with anything i needed. breakfast had a lot of options, even for vegan or lactose intolerant people.
the air conditioner made a disturbing noise several times during the night, but it was too cold to turn it off completely. it's a minor issue, though.
