Balanced experience

easy access helpful staff comfortable bed cold food high price sparse room

The hotel offered easy access by tram from the train station. Front desk staff were FRIENDLY and helpful. Daily housekeeping was available. The bed was big and very comfortable. Two pillows were available for each person. A kettle was also in the room.

The room was sparse compared to other places I stayed. The price was high for what the hotel provided. They only refilled items when asked to do so. Eggs and bacon were cold.

the front desk staff were very friendly. Daily housekeeping was available which i appreciated. the bed was big and very comfortable. kettle was available in the room. I appreciate having two pillows.

small room minimal storage

the room was quite small and lacked sufficient storage. i found only a few hangers and minimal space to place my belongings. the bathroom also had no towel racks and the lack of water in the room was inconvenient i think these small details should be addressed.

dated room thermal isolation

The room did not meet expectations. It felt quite dated. also, the sound isolation from the window was essentially nonexistent. noise from nearby gatherings disturbed the night. i found the window's thermal isolation inadequate was good.

a decent stay

bicycle storage hotel bar overbooked room misleading call

the staff were quite helpful they gave directions to local attractions. i stored my bicycle in the garage with no issues. a bar offered snacks in the hotel lobby.

the hotel had overbooked my room for the weekend of my stay. i received a call from hotel management that evening. they called to confirm i was still coming and then lied to me.
