Location near the metro was very Convenient. I found helpful staff at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious to me. A parking garage nearby offered a reasonable price.

getting extra pillows seemed A BIG DEAL, and the tv connection to my device did not work.

the room cleaning was definitely lacking there was a notice explaining cleaning was only upon request i assumed it would happen at least once during my multiple nights that did not happen i also found hairs on the towels

the hotel is near the underground station , made exploring the city easy. the staff was helpful and provided good service . i appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the modern atmosphere. the taxi service partnership was a plus and the beds were quite comfy.

i noticed a slight lack of soundproofing in my room at times it was not a major issue though

The room lacked basic amenities. There was NO kettle, and I had to ask reception every time I needed something. The tv also wasn't working, a HUGE disappointment. The shower towels provided were damp, REALLY unhygienic.

I appreciated the excellent location near the international bus station. It made travel very easy. the lobby was stylish and fun. I especially enjoyed the foosball table. i found the room very clean, but small.
