The location is excellent near the tube station. I also loved that many nice restaurants are nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy . Common areas were well maintained and very organised.

i appreciated the convenient location near public transport, restaurants, and a pharmacy. It was great i had a short walk to kensington gardens. the hotel staff in the lobby and at breakfast were very cute. quick service at the buffet was something i valued a lot and diverse food options available, even gluten-free.
the room i stayed in was very hot, and the air conditioning did not help. i think it need a lot of tlc on the walls and floors. the bathroom woodwork was also showing rot.

the hotel contains all necessary toiletries and other facilities like iron and hairdryer in the rooms. Lighting is quite beautiful throughout the hotel and room service is prompt. comfy beds were provided.

The location was convenient. It allowed quick access to the Underground station, a great convenience for exploring (i just loved it!). The staff were helpful and friendly, and the area felt safe and cute. My room was clean and spacious.
It occasionally caused minor delays.

The hotel staff was courteous and efficient. I found the connected Indian restaurant offered a fabulous meal, complete with Indian white wine. The room was a standard double with a large TV and mini fridge. The breakfast buffet was continental (it was included).
