The location is close to public transportation. The staff changed my room to the ground floor upon request. The staff members were very kind.
The room was quite small. I had to climb several flights of stairs with luggage. There was no kettle in the room initially.

the bathroom TILES had DIRTY grouting , which WAS disappointing. the SHOWER head trickled WATER , and THE bathroom FITTINGS looked RUSTY. i WILL NOT stay THERE again.

The location was central to everything I wanted to see! The staff were available and very helpful with directions. I appreciated the smooth check-in, and the room had everything I needed.
The stairs were very narrow. I had difficulty managing my large luggage alone AND there was no assistance offered with it. The sink was quite small. It was hard to wash my face properly.
