I found the room warm and comfortable with a good shower. All toiletries were provided. I needed extra pillows and the staff delivered them quickly! The super nice team, kind and attentive. For the price, this is an excellent choice.
The room smelled damp and musty! The carpet had several stains, even though the room is pet-friendly, previous guest stains are unpleasant.

The classic twin room was very clean and had good facilities. I found the bed comfortable with excellent heating, much appreciated (considering the weather). Gemma at reception offered really good customer service . I also appreciated the plentiful supply of hot water. It made.
The bar had limited hours on the weekend. On Saturday, it didn't open until 3:15 pm, even though many guests were waiting. It was a bit inconvenient, since i wanted to relax with a drink earlier in the afternoon.

The hotel provides good facilities. My room included a wardrobe with an iron and ironing board. There were plenty of plugs available and proper drawers were also present for storing clothes. The tea tray was easy to use and was thoughtfully placed in its own designated area.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient when I arrived, especially Gemma. Connor, who worked behind the bar, was a welcome change from the usual impersonal hotel bar staff. He was friendly and engaged in conversation, something i don't always experience at hotels.

The hotel is located a long way from London by car (I knew that when I booked), however it suited my journey requirements perfectly. I found the area to be quiet and restful, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. There are local amenities available within driving distance.

the room was a good quality in all respects. the breakfast ingredients were good and the helpful chef did provide fresh bacon and eggs on request. helpful staffs and room number was changed as that originally allocated was a long walk to reception.
the walls are unfortunately paper thin. i was woken around 1am to the sound of another guest who sounded to be having the time of her life. i could also hear neighbors flushing their toilets.
