The location was convenient, near Aldgate East tube station and I felt safe in the area.
I was REALLY dissatisfied with this hotel. The room was humid making it hard to breathe, the mattress was uncomfortable, dirty and caused back pain. There were chocolate wrappers from a previous guest beside the bed, dirty curtains with holes, and hair hanging from a clothes hanger. I do NOT recommend.

i found the room to be quite spacious. the king size bed was comfortable. the location was good, with easy access to transportation.
My room did not have a window, i found that a bit unpleasant. i noticed a slight drain smell in the room, that was not very nice. i felt the check-in process was impersonal. There was not much interaction with staff.

The staff were helpful at check in. The room had good design, it was a pleasure. The shower and bathroom were clean and tidy. It worked very well.
The room lacked a kettle. I needed to go to reception for a drink. The sign saying tea and coffee in the basement showed the machine out of order. It was inconvenient.

The location is near Whitechapel and also central. It provides easy access to various areas of interest, very practical. Nearby bus stops are Altab Ali Park and Aldgate East Station.

The bed was very large. It was comfortable, a definite plus. The bathroom was bright and also well designed. The shower offered good functionality.

The hotel features a hangout area. It was like a living room. It gave a home away from home ambiance. This communal space was very useful.

The staff were attentive and helpful. The service offered support when required. Housekeeping showed flexibility in renewing glasses and mugs for tea. They provided a free daily water bottle.
